Poem of two lovers meeting after a long fought misunderstanding.....

It was after a long time that we met,
By the Riverside at sunset.

I wanted to pour out to you so many things,
From my heart and the sorrow that it brings.

After telling those things I began to cry,
For the act I didn't feel shy.

I felt ashamed of my self for,
Have fought with you such a long war.

With the hope of getting united again,
I thought of apologizing to you hiding all pain.

I was taken aback when I saw you weep,
It was then a new energy in me started to creep.

Apologies flew from the bottom of both heart,
At the same time for being so long apart.
