Protection from Rejection.

Protection from Rejection.

A Poem by Danse Macabre

You hurt and you cry and you wish you could die, don't shed a tear the care I give to you in which you cannot deny my lips touch your cheek as I hear a silenced squeak, how cute it is indeed, you feel hurt, dejected, used, abused, and tossed away.. do not fret my dear for I am here to pick you up from the dirt beneath, my lips will dust you off, as I gently brush those tears of pain away.

I give you my life, to make you my wife to give you it all until I fall, do not forget to catch me for this pit is endless the darkness is horrid and the cold is painful, I love your smile and a kiss which lasts a while.

I will travel forever through any kind of weather to make you mine, for you are so ever divine, if you hurt I hurt, and when you cry I feel the same, your pain is mine, and mine forever for my love is yours to keep; I know my love runs deep, as my tears seep into my blankets every night as I am stricken with this fright knowing you're not in my arms.. I wish for you and want you, for I am your guardian angel-

I will protect you from the evil this world offers, now I only ask to take my hand as I spread my wings and take flight, the wind flows ever so luminously through your hair with that majestic glistening that makes me warm, up so high in the sky, where the earth beneath us begins to shrink, we fly away from humanity and pain today to make a new life.. my darling you are the one I crave the one I would take in my early grave for.

Life is pain and you know it's the truth, and this pain resides within my brain, you take it away and you make me safe, with out you in my life it would be simply just a mistake
