Dirt

I saw a day when I cared
Before I lost it all
A time that lacked blank stares
When I lived behind my wall
No guilt within my soul
Between the dust and tears
I lost all my control
Facing all of my fears

Headaches split my skull now
 And depression rapes my heart
I sit here and wonder how
I got tore this far apart
Soon we will all be gone for good

There was life beyond this tomb
Where the stars all graced my eyes
I broke free from the womb
To hurt, destroy, and lie
Where else would I have brought myself
But straight into the dirt
I'm everything they said I'd be
Because nothing ever works

Headaches split my skull now
And depression rapes my heart
I sit here and wonder how
I got tore this far apart
Soon we will all be gone for good
Down this endless drain of hopelessness

When we realise there is only emptiness from birth and we are already dead, so to speak...then it can change the perspective of how we exist I think.. Another great poem love...I love your work xoxo
