Winter She Calls

Winter She Calls

A Poem by Danielle Thilette

Snow

beautiful white blanket.

Enrapture me in

your purist light.

Grace me with elegance,

sugar frosted happiness.

Dance upon my tongue

chill my burning desire,

melt within me.

Paint me invisible.

Seal my heartache with a tender kiss.

Ask me why I bask in your frozen aura?

Will me not away.
