Her Name Here

Her Name Here

A Poem by Daniel James Cardis
"

This poem is for a cat my other half found, a kitten that needed rescuing, a kitty that is now happy and has a home.

"

A new treasure has been found,

Smiles all round,

With jet black fur and four white socks,

We search for a name, however it's still lost,

She eats and sleeps, she purrs so loud,

Just happy to be inside from cold, where she live very alone,

Hungry, scared, always on edge,

She wakes as she sleep, just to check,

To check?

To check where she be, is she still warm? With family? Still to be loved.
