Pin drop Silence

Pin drop Silence

A Poem by Racy Daniel
"

Great people says that silence is kind of art and ornament that any man can wear.

"
He is so powerful
but never said that.
He is so virtuous
but never expressed to us.
He is so genius
but never informed us.

He just worked
never became tired,
never talked
behind his time may be wasted.
He can hear the sound of wind blowing.
He can hear from far away a child crying.
He can listen to the voice of invisible GOD,
Therefore we call him visible mad.
He can hear the sound of every breath,
wherever the sound maybe up or beneath.

Daniel, I truly enjoyed this penning.
I have often wondered how a monk could take a vow of silence and then see it through. Realizing the meditation and resolve this must take is, to me, mind boggling. I fear my spirituality isn't strong enough.

Just a thought.
If a Brother took such a vow, wouldn't the things you expressed like his virtues and genius be expressed in his work and charity toward others?

Thank you for this poem. A privilege to read.

Wow ! That can be a good start to a novel. I like super human themed poetry. A job well done. :) :)
