Where We Could GoA Poem by Lucas GrashaThe
night time starts to retract again, the
sunlight chases away what we had. It
falls away like a flower that’s dead, and
the light refused our dance. But
the rain drops feel, and
as far as we could tell, the
nights that held us have seemed to give up… Now
we could just go, to
where we’re all alone, to
our hideaway where there are only the two of us. So
effortlessly we went away to
where we hide. Our
selves could stay there every single day, but
it’s only a dream of mine… But
the rain drops feel, and
as far as we could tell, the
nights that held us have seemed to give up… Now
we could just go, to
where we’re all alone, to
our hideaway where there are only the two of us. © 2011 Lucas GrashaAuthor's Note
