Finding The Lost Heart

Finding The Lost Heart

A Poem by Lucas Grasha

The pain will not fade,

and it will serve as my death,

such a tragic thing.

The sunsets won’t come,

they fix all that’s wrong with me,

such a tragic ring.

My heart will not beat,

I can’t know why it does not,

such a tragic hate.

The form takes no shape,

and false love plays tricks on me,

such a tragic plight.

For I can’t describe

how much I have cried for her,

such a tragic time.

She left only this,

the tragedy I’ve become,

such a death for me.

This is emotionally captivating! I especially like 'and false love plays tricks on me' as I am in this situation now.
I also agree with 'New Beginning's, the last paragraph IS emotionally final.
Chilling. I really love this!
