For I thought Wrong

A heartbreaking poem about my crush.

Trying To Believe: For I thought he had changed his ways. 

His not so funny games. 

The one where I'd get hurt instead of him. 

Where on the outside I'd be smiling. 

But on the inside secretly dying.

 The guy I liked for 2 years, wait, no, longer. 

The guy who made my day get brighter. 

He lied to me not once, but twice. 

His lying hurts, I wish he could see. 

What was I thinking, he'd never go out with me.

 I can't think of anything else to say, 

but I did get hurt trying to believe that he was really meant for me.
