Unordinary Night

Unordinary Night

A Poem by Dani Todorova

It wasn't an ordinary night,
I was sitting on the beach
singing to you,
telling you how much I love you
And the wind was making your skin cold,
but your eyes were burning with a light

The ocean was not calm,
it felt your presence
and made its waves hard, harsh...
The strings of my guitar promised you
something what nobody could
a life without being hurt

When I take your hand,
I'm somewhere away
but I still feel home
I still feel home
when I'm holding this hand of yours...

The sand is how much I love you,
and the sky is not the limit
if tonight is what we have
I will make you believe it

Thank you, I appreciate the fact you read it. Bulgarian support! haha :)
When I take your hand,
I'm somewhere away
but I still feel home
I still feel home
when I'm holding this hand of yours... Perfect stanza. I love this one. You've a great way to let the feels of hearts go out into the world allowing it living into the depth of your someone's heart. Wonderful way of creation you have got. I loved this poem.
