You never know what you can steal from a person, unless you are humble enough to listen deeper then your ears. This is a lesson no one close to me has learned. So I suffer.

The poet has a sense of being worthless in this poem at the first stanza of reading it makes it understandable. I like the picture because straight away the mist in the picture makes you feel lost because the poet is lost. The poet also has a loss of identity throughout the poem and is well expressed.

Wow. This was beautiful. I felt your pain and suffering. Where you divorced? I know when people are divorced they usually are totally screwed over, and this poem shows what you have suffered. I'm sorry for your sadness that you have to be through.
You truly stole it from me
Everything I have
Everything I am
Everything I was
You took control of me
My dreams
My feelings
My inner dealings
You have cunningly swindle
My very being
My spiritual meaning
My kind feelings
Divorce surely rips to shreds people's lives. The damage goes so much deeper than the natural. It touches the spiritual. Kudos on a poem that effectively explains the horrors. Deeply heartfelt.
