AHH I love this so much!! I had been crying lately.. XD and this poem made me remember the strength after the tears. Yes, its true.. it's good to cry sometimes. It's needed. I always feel better when I cry too. It's like my pain has been washed away.. even though the pain lingers on. There is this underlying strength that overwhelms the soul for comfort. =D Thank you for writing this! I can relate so well.
