I thought this was fun

The way you write
is so pleasing...
it has a secret meaning,
that only you and I can tell
because we are somewhat alike
and both share the same passion...
the passion to write
to everyone else that reads our writes,
thinks it's a mind game....

I like the length of the poem. You made your point loud and clear. When two minds think a like. A great friendship can be built. A excellent poem. Writers do have a common bond. People who love words can always find something in common.

Normally I suggest contraction rather than expanding. You have a great idea with your poem but normally when someone ask if something should be expanded they haven't flushed the idea out fully. If you want to expand than do so
