Nothing On Me

Nothing On Me

A Poem by Lydia Jamison

You're lifeless and boring,
And just plain annoying.
How can you stand yourself?

I hate that you follow
The lowest of styles.
You insist on being like everyone else.

That must be just awful.
It should be unlawful.
I know in my heart they will never see.

I won't ever give up
On all the things that I love.
Can we have some originality please?

No matter what you say,
I'll do things my way.
I'll never try to be something I'm not.

So go ahead and hate.
I still feel freakin' great.
Nothing on me, that's what you got.

Love the picture you put!! (haha) As far as the poem goes, I like the straight forward, abrupt speech that tells your exact point. Nothing more, nothing less. Good job.
