Paradoxes (lyrics)

Paradoxes (lyrics)

A Poem by Daniel Affsprung
"

A quick lyrics set a wrote

"
Shades of White and Shades of Green,
We're moving on to parts unknown.
The World is there, it's all unseen,
The boy has died so the man could grow.

Walls of brick and Walls of stone,
Books of lies have led us here.
Prison Cities that stand alone,
And shall remain for a thousand years.

Eyes of Truth and Eyes of Doom.
I gaze through them as a window pane.
Although they're different I must assume,
That often times, they're one and the same.

"walls of brick and walls of stone" is so lyrical indeed - the first line of each of these verses/stanzas are my favourites! great piece!
