I can tell that you are very thoughtful about your word choices . . . I hate it when people write very short poems that are full of meaningless words. The idea is to maximize every syllable & make it count, which you have done. This is how I've been feeling the past week with temps up to 110* every day & dry lightning sparking wildfires all around the area, very smoky! Some people think the year 2020 could be described by this poem (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

And yes, this summer has been nothing but dry grass and dust- even here in pa. We could definitely use some rain lol.
