I would like to agree with John in saying that I would like to hear this produced in a studio. I really like the refrain, especially the way it is done in the recording. If you decide to do it in the studio, perhaps something other than the acoustic would be a better option?

Hmm, perhaps this (and similar transposition of POV) need rethinking, "It feels like she's right here, right here next to me" - consider "It feels like you're right there...". However, listening to the performance I would say it probably doesn't matter. I think very few would hear the difference or care for that matter. It's very "tribal" in some ways. The rhythm, that is. Seems a little bare-naked, circling round a flaming log, holding up the writhing, snapping teeth of phraseology. It glows of silage blown into vertical concrete cylinders that seem to stab at the sky in the hopes of scaring out a rain of cloudy emotion and maybe a little lightning.. but all I'm hearing is the distant thunder. The desert is bones and dust and rust and lust and there you have it.
