This ocean of emotion's

Got me choking on regrets you see

Feeling so exposed

Standing, hoping you'll stay next to me

Felt this way before

Enter the open door, no

I didn't take the time to show her

Just promised and swore

Now I've gotta say I'm sorry baby

Done the persuading

Show you that I'm in this, no debating

Rid our love of hating

The only way to prove it is action

Excuses won't stack and

I now know what to do 

To give us life and ignore the distractions
