Operation School is finally back!

Andrew stood on the roof of the Peakdale Middle School overlooking the sunset. The beams of light danced across the athletic field as the sun fell and Andrew looked on with awe.

"Dumbstruck?" Andrew heard come from behind him, he turned and saw Slosheey standing with his back against the door to the roof, arms folded, and looking down at the ground.

"No... just thinking." Andrew responded, kicking a little dust off the edge of the roof.

"Something troubling you?" Slosheey stood up off the wall and walked up to Andrew.

"We never killed Hatred... he's still out there... planning something..."

"You and I both know he's dead, you killed him yourself." Slosheey said, coming to a stop right next to Andrew. He too began to look out at the rays of sunshine as well.

"I don't trust my self."

"You don't trust your own skill?"

"No... I don't trust that I meant to kill him."

"Why would you not mean to kill him?"

"We weren't trained to kill the innocent, the defenseless. I had enough anger with him to injure him, not enough to kill him."

"The way you Humans work... will never cease to amaze me."

"Oh? and what is that supposed to mean?"

Slosheey gave out what sounded like half a giggle, half a grunt. He placed a long, four fingered, alien hand on Andrew's shoulder, "In due time my friend, in due time."
