"How do I look?" Andrew asked Nicole and Alex. He was covered in dirt. His shirt
hung onto him in shreds and his pants were cut up with holes and gashes all over
them. He had left his shoes at the ship and was only wearing one sock.
"Like you've been travelling in the desert for days." Nicole said. She was less
dirty, but still had her share of tears and cuts. She had also let her hair down
and let it friz up so she looked unkempt.
"I think my disguise in the best." Alex said. He was completley covered from
head to toe in dirt. He wasn't wearing any shoes or socks, but his shirt and
shorts had minimal tearing on it.
"Alex all you did was roll around on the ground for a couple minutes." Andrew
said.
"Hey don't judge me, it still worked!"
"I'll give you that."
"Besides i was you plan to cover ourselves with dirt and then march right up to
the enemy base with no weapons or armor."
"I get it. I said you were right. You don't have to nit-pick."
"It's not nit picking when this was your exact plan."
"Okay okay, maybe it's not the bes tthought out plan. But look on the bright
side."
"What?"
"They haven't killed us yet."
Nicole laughed "Yet."
About ten minutes later they were at the front gate of the base.
"Well knock on the door." Andrew said.
"I'm not just gonna knock on the door! Your captain, you do it." Nicole said.
"Oh fine." Andrew said, he knocked on the door to the base.
"State your prescence." A voice said over an intercom.
"We are lost in the desert. Please if you could just give us some water and then
drive us back home, it'd be much appreciated." Andrew told the voice.
"Hang on." The voice responded. The kids heard some slight murmuring coming from
the intercom and then the voice said. "We are letting you in, but you must
follow are instructions to the letter."
"Okay." Andrew said.
The gates swung open and the three kids walked inside. They saw a security guard
sitting in a booth, and guessed that he must have let them in.
"The main building is that way. You will find all you need, water, food,
clothing, in there."
"Thank you." The three kids said in near unison.
"Okay we are in. Now what?" Alex whispered.
"Locate any possible Anti-Air weapons and gather as much extra information as we
can."
"Like?" Nicole asked.
"Things that connect Boyd to the Special Operations."
"And what if those don't exist?"
"Than great, we won't have an Ooeration School civil war to deal with."
"And if they do exist?" Alex asked.
"We pray that Boyd comes easy."
"Great."
The three entered the building and saw the first sign that they may be in deep
s**t.
"Andrew, armed guards." Nicole said.
"I know, I see them." Andrew said, watching one of the patrols. Two guards, both
holding MP5 submachine guns.
"What are we going to do?" Nicole asked "We can't snoop around or anything."
"I have an idea." Alex whispered, he then shouted "Excuse me sirs, where is the
bathroom?"
"Right this way." One of the guards said. The two guards began to lead Alex
away.
"I hope he knows what hes doing." Nicole said.
"I'm sure he half does." Andrew said.
Alex observed his situation tactically. Both guards had a sidearm, a M9 handgun
by the look of it. One guard carried a nightstick while the other carried a
shotgun.
"So what is this place?" Alex asked.
"Radio station."
"Does a radio station really need this much security?"
"It's not your usual type of radio station."
As they walked they passed by a window, Alex looked out and saw whatthey had
come to find. SAM sites, three of them.
"What are those for?" Alex asked.
"Extra defense."
"Oh that's cool." Alex said casually but reacting fast. He grabbed one of the
guards sidearms and shot him throught the chest with it, before quickly turning
and firing on the other guard. He picked uo the shotgun, a Spas-12.
"Awesome." Alex said, picking up the shotgun gathering as much extra ammo as he
could, and then running back towards the cafeteria.
