SpreadA Chapter by DamacAndrew and Slosheey work together to attempt to bring down the Arc capital ship.
Andrew and Slosheey moved to the field in the middle of the school. "When I get up there you have two hours to get to whatever it is you need. Then I'm dropping the grenade and firing this thing" Andrew told Slosheey. "I understand" Slosheey said, and he was off.
Slosheey moved towards the ships gravity beam. He was using his cloaking to move to the beam as not to draw attention to himself. The invasion had been going on for weeks now but the humans continued to hold back their enemies. Even with bodies sprawled everywhere the humans had not given up hope. Slosheey entered the gravity beam and rose toward the ship. Inside Slosheey quickly moved to the A.I labs. Inside the scientists turned toward Slosheey. "How are you sir--" but the scientist was cut off mid-sentence as Slosheey began to let loose all his ammunition at the scientists in the room. Once they were all dead Slosheey ran towards Delilah’s holding unit. She appeared and said "This is a joke right?" "No it's not; now prepare to leave while I find what I also came here for." Slosheey moved to the back of the labs. He shot a scientist who was trying to make his way to an alarm system. Then Slosheey reached Alpha Bias's room. Alpha Bias was the Arcs main A.I and Slosheey could not let it be destroyed along with the ship, even if he had betrayed the Arc. Slosheey began to transport the A.I into a storage unit; he heard the lab doors opening. "What happened here?" Slosheey heard Ratemeey say. "It must have been one of ours, there are lightning burns all over these bodies and the humans would never have made it on board the ship" One of Ratemeeys men said. "Search the labs. Maybe we will find a survivor." Slosheey reloaded his gun and ran, screaming and firing at the squad. He knocked them all to the ground as he fired, all except his father, who he ran directly passed as he fired. Slosheey then knocked his father out and went back into the labs to retrieve the two A.I. Andrew watched Slosheey come down the ships gravity lift. "Slosheey did you get what you needed?" Andrew asked over the radio. "Yes, you may fire when ready." Andrew pulled the pin from the grenade and threw it in to the cannon. The grenade tumbled through the opening. It fell quickly as it bounced off of walls. It finally landed in a pile of gun powder where it stopped and exploded. Andrew climbed down but as he realized the cannon was about to fire he jumped the rest of the way. He turned just in time to see the cannon discharge a shell right into the Aliens ship. "Woo!" Andrew shouted with delight as sparks shot out of the damaged ship. But as the dust settled the ship didn't fall and the barrier did not disappear. What did happen was Andrew watched as little green pieces of some substance began to fall towards the ground. As Andrew watched, Slosheey grabbed him and brought him inside. "You are not going to understand a word I say" Slosheey told Andrew "But stay away from that green stuff. It is Kirovium and it is highly dangerous." Rick walked up a hill along the side of the school. He had gone for weeks with little food and was ready to surrender to Operation School. As he walked he heard something fire. He turned to see the chimminey fire a huge shot into the ship above the school. After the explosion, Rick watched as a green substance fell towards him. I landed on his face and quickly graded to it. Rick tried to rip it off but couldn't do it as the substance spread over his body and took over his mind. He had become a Kirovium being. © 2011 Damac |
