I’ve seen the dark man 4 times since I last wrote. Every time he was about to speak though he was silenced by a skeleton. exept of course the last one but you wouldnt know about that exept you were crazy like me. But then it stil would not be the same. Yould probably see fluffy blue dogs or something. Anyways I was talking about the last meeting, interuption with the dark man. I was walking throug the park. dazed. I mean a bicycler had just come through me. I mean he just vanished. He didn’t hit me. Anyways when I looked up there was the dark man. His hood moved and I new he was going to say something when a hand grabed me on the shoulder. I was so surprised I nearly fell over! When I looked up to see what had grabed me I still felt the hand on my shoulder. I looked into a smiling skull. Well. not a skull. I guess it had some flesh on it. Hanging on it in parts but on it. That fleshy skull grinned at me as I shuddered under his dead hand And he said to me and I’ll rite this the best I can cause Im already forgetting some of it. He said to me, “Hey buddy. You want to give me back my hand?” Of course at this I just stood there cause I was scared. This was the first time any of my crazies had spoken to me. He grinned at me. Or at least I think he did. His one eye was sort of sideways. I couldn’t really see his expression cause of this you see? Anyways, He pointed to the hand on my shoulder smilling. I jumped coming back to my head and grabed the hand kringing. I mean some of the dead skin came of in dry flakes like snow. Other stuff was wet. Felt like crickets. I shuddered as I handed it to him. And I shudder as he put it in his moldy pant poket. Even now it still creeps me out thinking back to it. I mean he didn’t even put it all the way back in! It hanged there like a big spider! It creeps me out. Anyways, I just stood there afterward cause I was scared. I mean, what would you do? I mean I tried to run but my legs wouldn’t move! Anyways, the skin and bones guy said to me. “Thank ya boy. Now we get down to business. My boss, you know the man, hooded, black cloak and what not, that guy is heavily interested in speaking with you, Tommy.” I just looked at him. He grinned at me. He said “But you see Tom theres a problem. You see?” He grinned at me a flake of skin fell of his face and it made me shudder. You know what I mean? Anyways I stood there shivering. I was unable to move. I was unable to speak. Skin bone mans smile never changed. Couldn’t change I guess. I mean it was just a part of his skull you know? No skin there. Anyways his eye shivered. Skinbones said to me “Cat got your tongue Tom? Doesn’t matter really, all that matters is that you listen. My boss wants to speak to you, about, a busines propositin. However as you are now he can’t say a word. No matter how hard he tries you can’t hear him. You know why this is Tom? No I guess you don’t. You can’t hear him because you have what we call in the business a pure. You know what that is? No? Well then let me explain my boy. You are the type of person that has had none of the benefits of life. Youre sheet is as white as snow buddy. Youve followed the rules, minded your P’s and Q’s, and been the honest one. Tommy. Do you see where I’m going with this? Not yet? Alright I’ll go on. In other words. Since youve been the Good Boy and done what you were told, you’ve had none of the benefits, none of the things you’ve diserved, in life. You work a minimum wage job, live in a hole of an apartment and as an ace in this hole I believe your girly. susan. has left you. Life isn’t like that friend. That’s what happens when your parchment is as blank as white wash. You need some color in your life! If you do then you can speak to the boss! He’ll give you everything you deserve and more as reperations. You just add a little color and you can talk to the big guy. He’ll give you what you need. Only what’s fair in your unfair wreck of a life. I know you’re thinking why can’t you give me the deal and be done with it? Tommy, my boy, that is because the finer details of the deal are more…delicate. However all that you need to do to speak to the big man is just one little thing. All that the boss asks is that you don’t visit susan tomorrow. That’s all. That’s all he asks humbly, son.” That grinning face grinned at me. It kind of looked like snow in the parklight. I didn’t know what to say. I mean how did he know susan? How did he know about me too? I mean who was his boss anyways, you know? And what he said about Susan made me think. I had been planning to visit Susan to try to make up you see all of this was too hard on my own. Anyways I finally got enough back bone to ask this “Why. Will she be hurt?” Skinbone grinned at me “That depends on you friend. However as a token off good will take this.” He poked out his finger. I jumped about a mile high when my arm suddenly healed. I looked down and saw an ugly brown scar across the cut. It had healed but boy did it look ugly. He had healed my arm. His grinning face glowed at me under the lamps. “So we have a deal then? You don’t stop at Susan’s and you get what you deserve. You’ll get to talk to the big guy who’ll give you what you deserve. Besides forget about Susan. You’ll get plenty of more women, better women than Susan who wouldn’t even believe a simple story. And on top of that you’ll get so much more. So see? This deal I’m giving you is a win win! What do you say? Shake on it?” He stuck out his hand that was still stuck to his other arm. He grinned at me. Now man, let me tell you. What happened next surprised me so much it topped everything until then. I nearly went crazy. Well more crazy than I am. Are there levels of crazy? Anyways. This voice comes out nowhere. All I can say is that it just loosened me. My legs came free from they’re frozenness and my tongue felt free. I instantly felt warmer. I heard the voice again and the warmth rose inside me, kind of like hot chocolate. And again I heard the voice except this time I heard what he said. He said and this was to me i guess “Take my advice, Mr. Stinnes, and do no such thing.” He said more but to tell you the truth my hand hurts from all this writing and I’m getting a little tired myself. Sorry saneys but I’ll write more.
