Once Lost Soul Now Looking For Love

Once Lost Soul Now Looking For Love

A Poem by Murisaka
"

going to California

"
At first it was love
then it became a sheer hate for one another
her beauty did not cover up one simple fact
my girl
No my lover
was nothing that she had seemed at first.
Her hate, and her use
had sent me nearly a continent away.
I remember that song
the best that I can
but still I wonder
if California would be far enough away
from the pain she gave me
the anguish i wallow in,
from this nightmare i still live in.
I left in the hopes of love on a new horizon

Hopefully
life will go back to normal.
For now I dream
at over three thousand feet in the air
of a beautiful woman
both in body and soul.
she would be born
Of the flowers on the field
maybe ill have to wait for her;
this woman of my dreams.
But at least i know that life
will never be as hard
as it was with that drama Queen
that this King has left behind.
