Flawed

This poem is dedicated to those of us who were born different. Never truly understood. Who have to act normal and live a lie. Carrying the heavy weight of the truth.

A dark blue sea
Trapped it cannot flee

Everything kept inside
From everyone it needs to hide

It feels like I'm all alone
So hard to belong

You think you have me figured out
You're wrong there is no doubt

How can I be free
When no one truly sees me
