Shush

Shush

A Poem by Poetic Injustice

Poetry reveals too much

Writing when I miss your touch

Spilling my insides with ink

Showing what I feel and think

Perhaps a mystery I'll be

Keeping my heart-rhyme to me

And learn to miss you silently

Telling myself to shush

Better not such my friend. You are a writer and when you cannot write we are not who we are. Short and sweet, to the point. As always a great visit.

Hugs,
Lesa

Simple yet, effective scheme. A nice little piece.
