Mommy I went for a walk today.
I left the house feeling warm and gay.
walking in the sun, my troubles far away.
I turned when I heard him say:
"little girl have you come out to play?"
I scream and try to run away,
but he caught me and made me stay.
His grip was strong, can I escape? no way.
Pulling me into the woods, taking me away.
Pushing me on the ground, our clothes
falling all around. Holding me down,
pinning me on that hard ground.
He shoved himself into my mound.
I cry out in pain, yet make no sound.
again and again until the world goes round
and round. When he was done, he
got up and grinned. no longer was I pinned,
but the danger was just about to begin.
He picks up a big boulder, as I roll onto my shoulder.
my vision went black, as something went crack.
Mommy I went for a walk today.
At home I would have stayed if
I had known I would die today.
and "I love you mommy is all I have
to say."
