a wolf and his kitten

a wolf and his kitten

A Poem by Evan M.

Every kitten needs her wolf.

Every wolf needs his kitten.
they met and were together for what seemed like forever
perhaps it was a useless endeavor...
they asked if the other would ever let go
to which they replied never
but something happened, it all changed
he felt like a dead man, sentenced and hanged
she felt like she wasn't wanted
like she was constantly haunted
neither know who slipped from whom
but it spelled certain doom
for all they had built
all that was created
every thought and memory... shattered
backs against the ocean
it was a perpetual motion in which neither seemed to notice

Every wolf needs his kitten
but maybe every kitten doesn't need her wolf.

Every kitten will always need her wolf; the wolf is always on the lookout, protecting his kitten from things unseen to her, but what happens when the wolf sees another kitten ineed? The wolf then becomes torn in tqo and kitten must realize that she needs to let him go and learn to fend for herself out in the world. Though she will never forget wolf or all that he has taught her, she will still have to move on. The wolf then hurt as well as the kitten is learns something he hasnt known to which is unknown to many. The kitten is learning slowly but surely but the wolf senses something else. Meanwhile there lay a kitten in an ocean of need. The wolf may or may not come to the rescue if he doesnt not realize vital information.
