Memories

Memories

A Poem by Ambie Bambie

I run from you,

I hide from you,

I ignore you,

I do my best to forget you,

But here you come,

Sneaking up on me,

My Memories,

I don't wish to remember you,

I just want to forget,

What you did,

You destroyed what little life a nine year old has,

By running around with friends,

By never taking care of me,

By lying to me,

I want to forget you,

I don't ever want to see you again,

I am trying so hard to forget,

That's all I want,

But hear you come,

Sneaking up on me,

My Memories,

I'm no were near you,

I have no one to remind me of you,

I wish to forget,

I wish to ignore,

Because every time I see you in my mind,

I'm dying inside,

You didn't just hurt me,

You hurt them too,

Especially Daddy,

So if I can't ever forget you Mommy,

I will try my hardest to forgive,

Even if I cant' forget what you did to me,

To My Memories
