Sometimes A Man Can Bleed

Sometimes A Man Can Bleed

A Poem by Calvin Warden II

My dreams are always changing
In the past they were nightmares
But now they have changed
My dreams are anbitt love
And the time we were together
I know we won't get back together
But I still hold the dreams
They're locked away in my heart
Everyone said I should leave town
But it's not me they're putting down
I've been shoved and pushed around
You drove my life right into the ground
You know that you've done to me
And you don't seem to care
And with all you've put me through
I still love you
