Two Alone. Two Are One.

Two Alone. Two Are One.

A Poem by Calvin Warden II

I awaken to her silent screams,
As she cried alone in the dark,
Downing in emotional pain.
I feel as though she were here,
But not even knowing who she is,
Maybe even a million miles away.
I want to rear her distress,
Let her know that she's not alone,
Yet I don't know how to do that.
I hope she know that I'm here for her,
Ready to share her pain,
As I myself sit and cry alone.
