A Story by SheDreamsInTheSun

Rushing air, dancing leaves. The truck came to life. My mind broke from existence and fell into a world inside of itself.
My brain became a part of the spirits, they revealed a new world beyond the endless plains of the earth. I looked out, they were growing corn or strawberries. I saw vast fields of wheat that accentuated the look of a picture perfect horizon. I saw myself within them, running carelessly beyond the kindness of the nighttime, surrounded by golden stalks and smiling at nothing. Inside I drown into one heavenly body that floats alongside the stars. I remember seeing the raindrops on the windshield race one another, letting the wind gently push them towards victory.
The earth looked lonely; raindrops stopped coming and the pavement glowed with genuine happiness.

You are very good at creating a vivid imagery of those sacred places where our minds travel at the moments of joy and happiness. :))
