So this is the dawn? The new dawn, as they call it. The few written media still in existence has been announcing it for months now. We mistook it for another doomsday banter.
Good to see it was true, though. It restores part of my faith on my own race. Sad, I had almost lost it completely.
Good to see this new dawn. The heavy gas clouds are so thin now you can see the other planets, you can see their rings and their moons and their asteroid fields, you can see the soft rains of cosmic waste falling back down to this chaotic earth, turned into a delicate shower of glitter.
It’s still a dark dawn, but it’s a beautiful one.
