The Ogre

The Ogre

A Poem by Sarah Jane
"

From about 5 years ago and recently found again<333

"

There lies an ogre

At the far end of the woods

In a small feild

Where red poppies once stood

For the feild is his prison

Where he ponders

In this place of thoughts

No one smart wanders

Townsfolk fear him

Soon old rumors spread far

Tales of a monster

With a black hole for a heart

I feel for him.. Trolls are often so misunderstood. I love your use of the field and then to add the red poppies. That created a great picture of him and his isolation. I happen to love Trolls..well I'm a Trollette ;) xx Awesome write ..
