Armaggedon Weather is Here

Armaggedon Weather is Here

A Poem by DMurrell

2011 December's various greys... not normal days

are here nowadays

20th century consumerist's bought, then human wrought

reeked in the unrationalist's domain by

Mister Spirit IS What It Is

red zoned by our

international enviromentalists

and us alarmists

with five shades of spare sunglasses

for faith face, another for science, one for the politician,

one for Sunday School Teacher and one for th Easter Bunny... (sarcasm on stage)

"Oh! Will we mend our ways in time?"

Time indeed.

Forecasting sarcastic mode: "What's next?"

weather to be or not to be

is storm wrought like

Hamlet's last scene, eh?

And I bought birdseed, nevertheless,

and wonder about the rivers of 2012's Spring.

lot of words for thought ~

the Easter Bunny is a nice surprise in this war wrought work - irony - I never liked that bunny anyway on such a holiday as Easter -

and a simple act of buying that bird seed - that promises that they - those birds -will have time to eat it ---
