a Verse in 12 lines

'Ah',

I thought

to myself,

a fine verse

will I pen

to be read,

but

up I got,

and

made

a cheese sandwich

instead.

I think "cheese" works better than "ham,"...but a ham is what I am :)

Plain ole cheese eh? I wouldn't have used the energy for cheese, but prawns, now you're talking. While I was on holiday in Brixham which is a small fishing town in Devon, I had the very best prawn sarnie EVER. I sat eating it, overlooking the harbour. Yummy it was. You know I like how you rhymed read and instead in your little poem. It adds value.
