Jill: “Do you have regrets in your life, Jack?”

Jack breaks into song: “‘Regrets, I’ve had a few, but then again, too few to mention.’

Jill: “Be serious, Frankie. What is your biggest regret?”

Jack: “That I shot a man in Reno-o-o … just to wa-a-atch him die.’

.  .  .

Jill rolls her eyes: “Okay Cash, I get it, you don’t like baring your soul.”

Jack: “ ... What good ever comes from baring one’s soul?”

Jill: “For a man and a woman, intimacy.”

“ … Intimacy, huh?” Jack arches a devilish eyebrow. “I’m all for intimacy.”

.   .   .

Jill unclips her ponytail, lets her hair down, and whispers, “Then, shall I begin?”

“Y-y-yes.” Jack clears his throat. “What’s your biggest regret, Jilly?”

Jill reclips her pony. “‘I-I-I fa-a-all to pieces, each time I-I-I see you again … ’

Jack: “ … Touché, Patsy.”
