In the end.A Poem by Dayna Ann HallIt's about a break up I had 6 months ago.In the end.We used to be so happy,
Our love was strong enough to bloom glowing, Red roses. People would turn to look at us, Whispering upon themselves Wishing they had a love strong like ours. But, That was far in the past now. Our garden of roses grew brown, And fell apart in front of our eyes. No matter how strong our love was, The fighitng was always stronger And created a hurricane. The wreckage was too great, Far too much to repair. Grabbing the rotten roses, We throw them into the slowly moving Clear blue waters, That was quick to drag the petals to the bottom. We look at each other for the last time, I knew this was the end of us. From this point on, We'd be the strangers looking at others in love, Wishing we had a love like that. In the end, I was alone again With a garden full of empty memories. © 2015 Dayna Ann HallReviews
