Motivation

Motivation has always been something that I have struggled with, as well as serious depression. This is how I look at motivation or how I think about it now at least

*Click* A light flashes, for a moment your filled with a sense of comfort. Warmth, almost as if the light were warming your entire being. Then without warning it is ripped away and your back into darkness. For a moment all is lost in your mind, what was that, where did it come from, why now, can it always be like that, will it come back? So you decide that wandering forward into the darkness isn't as frightening now , but rather there is a sense of yearning for that light to come back even for just a moment, just so you can experience the clarity and peace that it brings
