The Spider's TakeawayA Poem by DEAN FARNELL
Ahh dinners here i feel the twang
On my spider web. Mosquito's, flies, i'll eat them all If they fly into my bed. The poor thing writhes, its end is close As i rush to bind him tight. Its a fly, he looks yum As i take a tasty bite. I do not want to spoil your lunch But we love those ticks & fleas. So delicious eating thugs of bugs To us they're KFCs. Us spiders are your greatest pals We keep disease at bay. And nothing tastes quite so good As our insect takeaways. © 2012 DEAN FARNELL |
