The Spooky Silhouette

The Spooky Silhouette

A Poem by DEAN FARNELL
"

(As a Postie / Mailman this is true story of a little old lady i post to)

"
The little old lady's strange
She stands just in her hall.
The frosted glass turns white
As i approach her cottage door.

She waits just to the side
As i post her letters through.
I know she's waiting, watching
Still she doesn't move.

It's a ritual that she hides
I think she maybe kooky.
It's Just her silhouette
Is really rather spooky.
