Chimes And GravesA Poem by DEAN FARNELLI often sit among these graves I go there often still amazed. Peaceful places, cemetery's Tinkling chimes in the breeze. I'll talk with you, don't you worry A place where no-ones in a hurry. I know your gone, we miss you dearly I'm sure you can, hear me clearly. The Lives they lived help me see I must go on, makes me believe. The names are here but not mine Till my battle ends with father time. I've had my chat it's time to go Where i'm headed i don't know. Peaceful places, cemetery's Tinkling chimes in the breeze. © 2012 DEAN FARNELL |
