Voices In The DarknessA Poem by DEAN FARNELL
We walked in the room it was dark
The figures ahead were all black. We stared at movement around us We've come much to far to turn back. No hope of a light to guide us We stood for a moment just still. In the blackness we heard all the whispers We shuffled along at our will. Our eyes were all startled and freaky We just didn't know who was there. We saw in the dark all these faces We tried very hard not to stare. We just couldn't escape all the whispers The voices a gut wrenching mix. I suppose it's just what to expect When a blockbuster films at the flix.
