The Creepy NunsA Poem by DEAN FARNELL"As a kid i used to live near a Nunnery which had a huge conker tree here's my story"
The Nunnery was a scary old place
Set high on the hills of Weston. The mysterious ladies, that never had babies Were elusive without any Question. I had nothing against the nuns i can say But they did lead mysterious lives These women of god, i'd give them a nod Intrigued by there godly disguise. I used to creep round, the sacred old grounds Just on the lookout for conkers. I risked the wrath, of those ladies in black I must have been absolute bonkers. Yeah i was scared, but yes i did dare To go in the grounds after dark. But if i saw a nun, i'd bloody well run It's an image that's still left it's mark.
