Our Haunted HouseA Poem by DEAN FARNELLThe council won't visit as their all scared So we never paid bills cause no-one cared In our haunted house we had some fun We laugh out loud when the bailiffs run. Our neighbours were shocked when we moved in But we didn't let those spirits win We looked upon them as we're their hosts So we made friends with our resident ghosts. At first the're howls gave us a fright But we wore them out as we didn't bite The ghosts succumbed and left us alone Now we live rent free in our haunted home. © 2012 DEAN FARNELL |
