I Wish You Were Here

I Wish You Were Here

A Poem by DEAN FARNELL

Where have you gone
Where did you go
Your heads in a place
That you only know

You don't have to rush
I know it takes time
I wake every morning
And thank god you're mine

Each day we survive
We'll treasure and dear
But I need the old you
I Wish you were here
