Humbug

Humbug

A Poem by DEAN FARNELL

Santa is a burglar
And Snowmen have no balls
The Angel on the christmas Tree
Has needles up her drawers

Carol singers beg for cash
To top up on their booze
My boring christmas presents
With nothing I would choose

Thank heaven It's just once a year
Wizzard got it wrong
Christmas everyday they wished
Oh I loathe that sodding song

Kids all just want presents
To out do all their buddies
Traditions set by bossy scrotes
Were all just fuddy duddies

Marzipan and christmas cake
Taste like crap to me
I just can't do this merriment
So a humbug I must be
