Guilt

Guilt

A Poem by DEAN FARNELL

16 years of age,
Punk rock was the rage,
His gran did die,
It just passed him by.

No feelings for gran,
As the service began,
The teenager was sighing,
To cool to start crying.

His memories of she,
Were history for he,
He once loved her kisses,
Now nothing he misses,

That boy is older,
His hair Is now balder,
Her image returns,
Its now that he yearns.
