Her Forgotten GraveA Poem by DEAN FARNELL
Her gravestones,
In a terrible state, Since she left the world, Back In 28. Her forgotten grave, Sits all alone, Brambles and weeds, Have overgrown. The epitaph letters, Just eroding, With foliage, fungus, Forever growing. She must have been, Someones lady, Partner, friend, Her parents baby. With algae massing, Upon her stone, She must have died, All alone. No-one's been here, Since her fate, Laid Undisturbed, Since 28.
