It's yours

It's yours

A Poem by MoonChild

You put your hand into my chest and held my heart
But the time has come for me to depart
I need to beak free from the choke hold you have me in
Living my life on your every whim

From the very first lie you told
Your secrets start to unfold
You think I'm not in control
But it's your mind I see in my soul
Remember that connection to the divine
My direct calling line
They told me how you really feel
And from that moment I stood still
Seeing you living your life
With your family, your wife

Take my heart and do with it as you will - What use is it anyway when it's so blackened and bruised?
Your words mean nothing
But mine have power
No matter how Blackened, bruised or sour.
