Looks Like RainA Poem by DC Gentleman
Feel the still in the air
Lighting flashes Illuminating the gray But as God as my witness What’s outside won't matter today The heavens must know Giving us atmospheric foreplay Aching to be caught in your sweetness Swirling tempest Inside your walls Let the raindrops dance To our rhythm Thunder snaps As you arch your back Like a moth to flame My lips are drawn to your frame Savoring The sweetest libation Trying not to waste a drop of Precipitation So saturating So warm Anticipating
Another storm Pulse racing Pace increasing.. Chest rising.. Falling You scream “oh my God.. I’m bout to….” .... looks like rain © 2013 DC GentlemanReviews
